This a common occurence and generally happens with the more detailed designs. Most people add .1 to the second mark. so 10.3 10.3 becomes 10.3 10.4.
More experienced folders will generally look at the folds either side of the page and either add .1 or subtract .1 whichever fits in better.
In really detailed patterns it's not uncommon to have a run where by adding .1 you create another duplicate. In this case keep adding .1 until the sequence is broken.
